Website and Diagnostic Terms
These terms define the limited role of this website and the D.O.S.E. Brand Health Score.
Informational purpose
Website content is general information and does not create a client, employment, fiduciary, board, partnership, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only under mutually approved written terms.
D.O.S.E. Brand Health Score
The D.O.S.E. Brand Health Score is a limited diagnostic instrument based on the D.O.S.E. Framework. The beta evaluates specified visible text on a submitted public homepage. It does not measure a person's neurochemistry, complete psychological state, entire customer experience, total brand health, or company performance, and it is not a medical, neurological, or scientific assessment.
The D.O.S.E. Method language—Diagnose, Prescribe, Predict, and Prove, producing a Diagnosis, Prescription, Prognosis, and Proof record—is a practitioner analogy, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Predictions are not guarantees, and proof must be interpreted within the limits of the evidence. Scores, findings, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Human review is recommended before acting. No result, revenue, conversion, or other performance outcome is promised.
Acceptable submissions
Submit only a public business homepage you are authorized to evaluate. Do not submit private systems, credentialed URLs, personal profiles, unlawful material, CUI, FCI, classified or export-controlled information, confidential information, or sensitive personal data.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, D.O.S.E. materials, and original reports are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Company names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to clients or third parties do not imply current affiliation or endorsement.
No misuse
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security or rate limits, automate abusive requests, probe internal systems, extract confidential methods, or use outputs to mislead or harm another person or organization.
External services
Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by their operators.
